eBGP Session Up, No Routes

An established eBGP session that exchanges no prefixes.

Scenario

Ridgeline Freight turned up a new eBGP peering with its partner carrier and the session reports as established, but neither side can reach the other's internal network. The peering looks correct in every summary view, yet no prefixes are being exchanged. Restore prefix exchange so the two sites can carry traffic.
