DHCP Scope Eats the Server Block
Clients lease fine - out of the block reserved for servers.
Scenario
Alderman Freight re-provisioned the DHCP service on its warehouse floor after a hardware swap. Clients lease an address instantly and everything they use works, but the address-management policy reserves the low end of the floor subnet for statically-addressed infrastructure - and the new scope is issuing out of exactly that block. Re-scope DHCP so it stops handing out reserved addresses.
