About Subnetica
Learn networking by doing
Why Subnetica exists
Networking education is often split between explanations, exam questions, and tools that require learners to build and maintain their own lab. Subnetica brings those pieces into one practice loop so the learner can move from understanding a concept to testing it in a network.
How the learning loop works
Lessons establish the idea, quizzes check understanding, review brings weak topics back, and live virtual networks let learners configure and troubleshoot. Explore the learning paths or curriculum to see the sequence.
Why the labs look familiar
Labs use FRRouting and Linux behind a Cisco-style compatibility layer that translates supported Cisco IOS-style commands and output. They are not Cisco IOS or a complete Cisco device emulator. Browse the lab catalogue or read the CCNA objective mapping.
Who it serves
Subnetica is for people learning networking from the beginning, learners building practical troubleshooting skills, and certification candidates who want additional practice alongside their other study resources. See pricing or the FAQ.
Honest limitations and independence
Subnetica is an independent learning supplement. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cisco Systems, Inc. or CompTIA, Inc., and it does not guarantee certification readiness.
